I can’t sleep and I don’t really feel tired. So far without falling asleep once I have: eaten lunch, eaten dinner, watched the sun set, and am now watching the sky turn different shades of blue because I can’t see the sunrise from where I live. I’m not sire whether to still try to sleep and potential ruin my sleep schedule further, or drink a lot of coffee, staying up for around a total of 35 hours and then falling asleep at night time.

I’d recommend the latter, usually works better for me, even though you feel like shit for the day

Your body is mine to avail
Such a tragic sight you are
Slave under my creed
Spurring me with those tears

You have to get your circadian rhythm back in order. Try taking some melatonin, you can get some 3mg dissolve ones or even some gummies.
Take it around 1 hour before you would like to go to sleep and let do it’s thing, you’ll be knocked out in no time and wake up feeling refreshed.
